All my cakes are home baked from scratch in my home kitchen using the finest and Fair Trade ingredients whenever possible. If you have a food allergy please ask and I can let you know the contents of all the recipes and if I can help.

Traditional English Moist rich fruit cake steeped in brandy. Vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam filling. Chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache buttercream. Lemon sponge with lemon curd and buttercream. Carrot cake Red Velvet cake Coconut cake with lemon curd
Fresh cream cakes (traditional in East Europe)
Black forest (chocolate sponge with fresh cream and cherries) Snickers (caramel sponge with caramel buttercream and nuts filling and fresh cream) Honey (honey sponge with fresh cream filling OR rolled honey pastry sheets (8-10) with fresh cream filling; also jelly, dried fruit or nuts can be added ) Napoleon (flaky pastry with boiled buttercream filling and/or cranberries filling in two layers ) Cottage cheese (vanilla or chocolate sponge with cottage cheese filling and/or fresh or canned fruits) Coffee (chocolate sponge moistened with coffee and caramel buttercream and fresh cream/chocolate fillings) Rafaello (vanilla sponge with condensed milk, fresh cream and buttercream fillings with coconut) Banana (vanilla sponge with fresh cream and mascarpone cheese filling with bananas) Yoghurt (vanilla or chocolate sponge with yoghurt and fresh cream filling with choice of jelly and/or fruit you like)
As mentioned before, those flavours are not only ones I can offer, please just tell what you like and I will offer you the cake flavours for you to choose.
All my cakes can be covered in rolled fondant, icing, chocolate, chocolate ganache, fresh cream, meringue and some other things (like crumbs, Lady finger biscuits, etc.)
